It is our constant endeavour to ship your order at the earliest, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to strikes, bank holidays, local holidays or other situations beyond our control.

Once placed, orders may not be cancelled since all our orders are customised and put into production, especially for you. If you still wish to cancel your order, please email us within the same day and we will try our best to accommodate a cancellation, if we haven’t put your order into production.

However, we do understand that in rare cases, there may be an issue with a product’s quality or a fault from our end in a personalised product or the possibility of receiving a damaged product. In such cases, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence and explaining the issue via email. Our team will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
